Macbook Keyboard replacement
To be replaced the keyboard, its necessary entire logic board and optical drive to be removed from the casing.
When they are removed, under the keyboard there is an aluminium supportive grill. Keyboard is secured with screws or with the caps to it and removing it is quite tricky.
After removing the aluminium grill, we can see and access the keyboard.
The design is not suitable for easy replacement so we need to take off the bits one by one, and release the keyboard.
After removing the old keyboard it is straightaway to install the new keyboard on its place.
With some Macbook models the keyboard is attached to the palmrest assembly with several screws and it allows us to take it out more easily.
